COST OF SERVICE
Each extra 15 minutes will cost $50/ 15-minutes.
The Psychologists’ Association of Alberta sets the standards for counselling fees. The rates can be found here.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees are expected to be paid at the time services are rendered and an invoice is provided.
Cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, or eTransfer are accepted.
All insurance claims remain your responsibility. All fees must be paid in full, whether or not your health insurance provides reimbursement.
Some insurance plans require the insured to call prior to the first visit and obtain authorization for a specified number of visits. If you fail to obtain this authorization prior to your initial psychotherapy session, you are responsible for payment.
Cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance to avoid charge. *Missed appointments without 24-hour cancellation, will be charged the full hour fee.
